Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 5 business days. Orders requiring customization will require more than 5 buisness days.

Order requests made to PO Boxes are not covered under shipping policy.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Full refund upon return of unused items before 30 days.

Cost to ship undefective items will either be deducted from customers refund or be at the customers expense. Customer may opt to pay to return the items themselves.

Exchanged requests for items due to customer fault, including ordering process, will include a shipping and restocking fee of 15%.

Defective items may be returned at full refund before 30 days, including shipping. Defective evidence may be required from customer.
